Cajun Candied Citrus Peels

Our Cajun Candied Citrus Peels have all of the same spices you'd find in a good Louisiana crawfish boil, without it being too spicy. We've combined fresh orange and lemon peels, a blend of crawfish spices, and a hint of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, then put them through a 6-hour candying process. Sweet, smoky, and a little zest, it's like a party for your taste buds, Louisiana style!
