Hello! My name is Ariana "Ari" Grigg, and I'm the owner and Executive Chef of Evyl Confections. I am a thirty-six year old mother of three active boys and wife of an active duty Marine. I love animals, painting, and most of all creating tantalizing culinary delights.
I first started my culinary career as co-owner of a catering company with my close friend Desiree in Fort Worth, Texas over ten years ago. Being a military spouse is no picnic and means that there's constant changes to our household like moving every two to three years. When we left Texas I couldn't take my business with me and with the kids in school, doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and a household to take care of, I couldn't go work at a restaurant who couldn't accommodate my limited availability. I worked part-time where I could but I got no enjoyment out of it. After many years of constant encouragement from my husband John and finally getting up the guts to try it, I created Evyl Confections. Here I can put my creative talents to the test and still take care of my daily responsibilities as a mother and wife, so when I say, "from our kitchen to your door", I mean it because everything is homemade with love and care right here at home. I love what I do, and I hope you enjoy eating my creations as much as I love making them.
